Rehoming Assistance

To allow us to focus on our mission of keeping seniors and their pets together as long as possible, we have created the Hospets Rescue Network. Hospets will be able to focus on providing respite care while teaming up with select gold-star rescues in the Ohio area. Hospets is a safe landing place for the dogs who have lost their families, while we partner to place them in the best rescue group to address their needs and place them with their next forever family.

​Our priorities are the pets of our current clients and those in Union County, Ohio.

Requesting Assistance

Please submit this form when asking for assistance with rehoming a pet.  Pictures are also required and may be emailed to [email protected]. A surrender donation may be requested for dogs with medical needs. 

Please Note: We are not able to take cats, we can only network them, and dogs are taken as space and resources are available. Good quality photos of the pet will be needed. We do not take aggressive animals.  You must reside in Union Co.

We are currently on an intake hold, we prioritize the animals in the homes of seniors we are already working with.
